I recently got to join a cool event organized by Sony Malaysia, where we took a stroll around Batu Caves temple. It felt like back in my college days when I used to attend lots of workshops, but this time, it was all about snapping photos with my Sony camera. It had been a while since I'd really dived into photography, so I was pretty excited.

Our Alpha Guru for the day was Michael Chee, a pro when it comes to Sony cameras. He taught us a bunch of useful stuff about taking pictures, especially on the streets. He stressed how important it is to be patient when snapping shots, comparing it to waiting for a fish to bite when fishing. Basically, you gotta wait for the perfect moment to get that killer photo.

Michael also talked about making our photos more interesting by giving them a story. It's not just about clicking nice-looking scenes but about capturing moments that make people feel something when they look at the picture. It was a cool idea that got me thinking differently about how I take photos.

What made the day even better was the mix of people there. Some were total pros, while others were just starting out like me. We all shared our experiences and tips, which was super helpful. And getting feedback from Michael on our photos was awesome too. He pointed out things we could improve, which was really valuable.

By the end of the day, I felt really grateful for the chance to be part of such a fun and educational event. It reignited my love for photography and made me excited to keep learning and improving. I can't wait to go on more photo walks like this and see how much I can grow as a photographer. Who knows, maybe one day my photos will be telling stories that people all over the world will connect with.
